horses soon lunched on. Judge
Cleaver gave each of them a line
of $14.80 and when this had been
paid by Frank there was nothing
left from thc sale of thc horse.
It is said Frank 'l'uttlc has a wife
and six childrcn. A sad life they
must lead with such a worthless
father to provide for them. It
has not been long since this same
Elva Tuttle was up before Judg-c
Cleaver for threatening to kill
Homer Yodcr at Salem , but Yod-
er failed to prosecute and hc was
turned loose on payment of costs
br his father. Elmer Tuttle , an-
other brother has likewise been
up lately before Judge Cleaver
on a charg-cof assault with intent
to kill George Goolsby at Verdon
and was committed to jail to
await thc action of the District
Court Another brother named
Edward , has also becn tined by
Judge Cleaver for getting drunk.
This is a disgraceful record for
any one family to make and un-
less they mend their ways sonic
