was issued to the stock holders
in lieu of thc cxpcndcd earnings ,
and : that thc original stock hold-
cn ; who paid in $300 and without
thc payment of another Penny
were given at thc last capitali-
zation 51100 in stock , all of which
was paid for with the original
$300. 'his ( company was organ-
