and his little laughter had a Marrow -

At a meeting of business men
at I-Iumboldt Saturday evening ,
steps were taken looking toward
thc organization of a local build-
ing' and loan association. l'hc
stock subscriptions came in so
rapidly as to Insure : thc SUCCCSR
of thc move and a committec was
appointed to 'draft constitution ,
by-laws , articles of incorporation ,
ctc. Thc probable plan wil1 be
to confine thc operations of thc
concern to this immediate vi-
cinity.
