clerk of tliis county duly notified the county board of Hitchcock County at the time by forwarding to the county clerk of Hitchcock County a certified copy of the order made by this Board and named Fitzgerald figured as defendant has just been set tled Fitzgerald eloped with a Miss Garrett aged sixteen went to Missouri where justices would not marry him to so young a girl and finally made
