Mr Norris and Mr Kinkaid will vote
for the bill but while Mr Norris j
warmly commended the Arizona con

It has been said by those who
have opposed the initiative and refer

by practically a unanimous vote He
would have been elected again for a

said that Abraham Lincoln would have
been recalled I do not believe Mr

It has been said by those who

Mr Norris warmly favors the in

as the latter is made applicable to

I believe very strongly in the initia
