verified and filed herein praying for
a license to sell and execute a deed

ty Commissioners of the County of
Red Willow in the State of Nebraska
an election will be held on the eighth
day of November A D 1910 be
tween the hours of eight oclock a m
and six oclock p m of said day at
the voting places in the several vot
ing precincts of said county where
est of Carolina Cappel insane to the the general election for the year 1910
following described real estate to
wit All of that part of the North
west Quarter of the Northeast Quar
ter and the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter and the Southeast
Quarter of theNortheast Quarter of
Section 19 Township 3 Range 30 ly
ing south of the Burlington and Mis
souri River railroad as located over
and across said land also the South
west Quarter of the Northeast Quar
ter and the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter and Lots Four and
Five in said Section 19 Township 3
Range 30 also Lot One in Section 30
Township 3 Range 30 all of said real
estate being in Red Willow county
Nebraska on consideration thereof
It is ordered that the next of kin oi
said Carolina Cappel insane and all
persons interested in said estate ap
pear before the district court of said
county at the district court room in
the city of McCook Red Willow coun
ty Nebraska on the 28th day of No
vember 1910 at nine oclock a m
to show cause if any there be why
license should not be granted to the
said George Cappel guardian to sell
and convey the interest of the said
Carolina Cappel insane in the real
estate above described
It is further ordered that a copy
of this order be personally served on
said Carolina Cappel insane and that
the same be published once each
week for three successive weeks in
the McCook Tribune a newspaper
published and circulating in said
county

Shall the Board of Equalization of
the County of Red Willow in the State
of Nebraska levy a tax for the year
1911 for the purpose of creating a
fund with which to purchase land
erect and furnish buildings thereon
suitable for a poor house and to put
into operation and defray the actual
expenses of such poor house said
tax to be levied for the year 1911 on
ly and at the rate of three mills on
each dollar of the assessed valuation
of the taxable property of said coun
ty which three mills shall be in addi
tion to the taxes which said Board
of Equalization is authorized to levy
for county purposes to wit one dol
lar and fifty cents per one hundred
dollars valuation of the property of
said county

low county Nebraska at McCook
Nebraska for the construction and
erection of the super structure the
sub structure and approaches and for
the furnishing of materials in con
nection with the same for all steel
and wooden bridges to be built in
said Red Willow county Nebraska
within one year from the 16th day of
November A D 1910 said bids to
be for the super structure of all said
bridges per lineal foot for the super
structure of all such approaches per
lineal foot for all piling used in the
sub structure of all such bridges and
approaches and for all caps sway
braces and other wood material used
in the sub structure of such bridges
and approaches per foot board meas
ure according to the plans and speci
fications in the county clerks office
of said county
Each bid must be accompanied by
50000 in cash or a certified check
for said amount payable to Chas
Skalla county clerk to be forfeited
to the county in case bidder refuses
to enter into contract with the coun
ty with proper bond if same is
awarded to him and must be filed on
or before noon central standard time
