from Lincoln to McCook In an affida
vit filed witu her petition tho plaintiff
alleges that she and her husband lal
agreed that he should turn over to her
100 monthly out of his salary of S20
with which she was to secure tho pro
visions for the family running bills at
tho stores and paying them afthe end
of each month Because of her refusal
to deed him property in wl ich she al
leges she holds title the wife asserts
that Sharkey stopped paying her the
monthly allowance about a month age
and that without warning her of what
he intended to do notified tho proprie
tors of the stores of which she had been
a patron not to grant her further credit
She claims that as a result of this action
she was left for several days without
food in the house or moans with which
to obtain it She relates to the court
that on account of the trouble between
herself and her husband she was com
pelled to borrow the money to start her
suit from hei attorney She asks the
court to grant her temporary alimony of
8100 a month till the case can be heard
and that on final hearing she may be
given the custody of all the children
