TWENTY FIFTH YEAR
SpWjgY
The Bee Hive Spreads Out
One of the neatest improvements con
summated this summer by a MeCook
merchant is that just completed by D
W Colson Coof The Bee IliveThey
have been cramped for room for some
time and in seeking a way out of the
situation fell upen the natural scheme
of converting the second story of their
building to their own ue and with re
sults very highly satisfactory to them
selves and to their growing trade
Partitions have been removed and the
entire upper story has been remodeled
papered and painted for the reception
of their shoes hats tin and granite
ware fancy and table chinaware de
partments Besides a suitable room has
been provided for a private businesp
office and for the use of patrons who de
sire to write letters or to tidy up a bit
This latter idea is a thoughtful one and
will be appreciated by the public
This new arrangement makes it pos
sible to place their goods enumerated
above in separate departments giving
largely increased room and added con
venience to patrons and proprietor Hats
and shoes together tin and granite
ware and chinaware
The second story is reached by a
staircase running up from the store
room below
