Burlington has decided to become a
booster in this wise
Beautifying a railroad right of way by
growing lawns forming flower beds
white washing posts and fences and
keeping the ground six feet from each
side of the track sanded is the latest in
the way of boosting the state The pio
neer in this direction is the Burlington
Orders have been given by G W
Holdrege general manager of the Bur
lington to have lawns grown on each
side of the Burlington tracks between
Denver and Kansas City
The grass line shall be six feet from
the track the grass must be cut regu
