Pittsburgli Dispatch , Ind. ONE of the most atrocious deeds ever committed in this fair commonwealth oc curred near Waco , last Saturday , when when and where a phenomenal fiend named Brandt was running'a threshing machine. A young boy nf thirteen sum mers , who was cutting bands , accident ally cut .Brandt's hand. This so enrag ed Brandt that he threatened to run the boy through the machine if the offense was repeated. The boy became excited and nervous , and in a few moments did again slightly cut Brandt , who seized the boy and threw him headlong into the cylinder. The boy was horribly mangled and instantly killed. A speedy action by Judge Lynch would fit the case , admirably.
