at Custer Center last Monday night

The snow last Thursday and

As we go to press -the Fullbart
murder case is still in progress and
the court room is crowded. Only
27 of the 1C8 witnesses liavo been
examined. The trial will run into
next week in oil probability.
Mrs. L. E. Town , eight miles
northeast of Westorville , near
Woissort , died yesterday morning
of child birth , ago 39 years. The
deceased loaves a husband and seven
children to mourn her death.
The Loup City , North-Western
says tbe attornys of Sherman cot'nty
have petitioned the judge to indefi
nitely postpone tbe February term
of tbe district court. Their action
was tuken for fear of introducing
smallpox in their town.
