REVISED PARKING p Committee Urge* Abolishing Auto Impounding; Police Officer to Collect Fines. City (Tommlmloners Joseph Kout* sky, J. B. Hummel and Dean Noyes Tuesday morning submitted to the i lty council proposed revisions of tlie downtown automobile parking regu lations. They were recently named as s special committee to Investigate and report. Their report, which follows, was referred to tlie oily council com mittee of the whole next Monday morning for consideration: 1. Thursday and Friday. The Omaha Ford branch now as sembles 163 cars a day. Wednesday morning a parade of the 163 cars, which will be completed Tuesday, will be held through the downtown streets. At the request of the Chamber ol Commerce, the management of the Ford branch has made arrangements to make the working hour* on Wed nesday, Thursday and Friday front 1 to 5 in the afternoon and 6 to 1(1 In the evening.
