The officials also decided to estab lish a new fourth division which will include the jump from Cheyenne to i Salt Lako City, with headquarters at ueyenne. Lincoln, Oct. 22.—Plans for the es tablishment of a state council of Bed Cross chapter will be considered at a meeting of Bed Cross chapters and chapter branches of Nebraska here tomorrow. The organization has been called to the meeting to consider ways and means of uniting the association more closely than ever before. It Is felt that with a state council, a central point from which activities may be directed, the organization will func tion more efficiently than in the past.
