Conas and Joe Pabst, journeyman barbers, brought suit, asking that the board be en joined from Issuing or revoking per mits to any barbers or barber shops. Jack Becker, Ed jseranton and Dr. A. 8. Pinto, health commissioner, are made defendants in the action. It is first alleged that the board of barber examiners was created under an ordi nance which is now void. It is then alleged that the board has arbitrarily threatened to revoke permits to Blun dell, Busk, Christian, Robinson and other owners of barber shops, as well as to a number of journeymen bar bers. A yield of 75 per cent Rasoline from petroleum has recently been de veloped from a new process by ft German chemist. Tecumseh Pioneer Expires at Her Home Tecumseh, Neb., Dec. 31.—Mrs. Catherine Shaughnessy, 74, died at her home. Her maiden name was Catherine Kavanagh and she wms born In County Carlo, Ireland, com ing to the United States in childhood. She wag married to .Michael Shuugli nessy at Elkhart. 111., and the family located In Tec urn sc h nearly 60 yearn ago. Mr. Sliaughnegsy died in 1904. Of the 13 children horn to Mr. and Mrs. Shaughnessy, the seven who survive are Lawrence Shaughnessy of Arvada, Wyo.; Simon Shaughnessy of Sterling, t.'olo.; James Shaughnessy. Mrs. Kae Stewart and Mrs. E. H.
