Needlework Guild. The Omaha branch of the Needle Work guild has set aside Thursday and Friday, November X and 9. for gathering and distributing the articles collected by its members. The Scottish Rite cathedral at Twentieth and Doug ins streets is the place of meeting this year. The business meeting will take place on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Tea will be served on Fri day afternoon and the public is most cordially invited to inspect the collec tions. The Needle Work Guild < * Amer ica is the only national m zatlon in the world the specific duty of which la to collect annually a cen tral stock to meet the grrest need of ‘ hospitals, homes and other chari ties.” The plan of work is very sim ple, membership consisting of an an nual contribution of two or more new articles of wearing apparel or house hold linen.
