Read the Real Estate Ads; Select a Home Then Pay Rent to Yourself _ Bulk of Estate Is Placed in Trust Funds for Wife and Children. The will of the late D. C. Bradford, I resident of the Bradford-Kennedy Lumber company, filed yesterday afternoon, disposes of an estate worth more than $500,000. Charles H. King of Los Angeles, Cal.; Oscar F. Hartge of Kansas City and H. H. Baldrige of Omaha are named executors and trustees. Bald rige is given $10,000. If the will Is contested Baldrige is to defend It without cost. The will places $200,000 In a trust fund, the Income to go to the widow as long as she does not marry again. If she marries, she shall receive only one fourth of the Income. Another $200,000 is placed In trust for the four children, the interest to bo used for their education and the principal to go to them in sums of $10,000 each when they reach the ages of 21, 26 and 30 and thereafter. He leaves to Belle Bliss, stenog rapher, $5,000, and the following sums to other employes: Fred Toma, Oma ha, $5,000; Quince Woolsey, Omaha, $1,000; George Stone, Omaha, $3,000; August Stone, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, $3,000. The will gives $25,000 each to his four sisters, Susie Hartge, Kansas Vclty; Effle A. Dinsmoor, California; ^^May E. Bennett, Freeman, Mo., and l^i^Annle Latimer, Wellington, Kan. Hie Jewelry Is given to the son, Dana, and personal effects to his wife. The will was made in 1915. CLUBS MEET Auburn, Neb., Nov. 1.—The second county convention of the Nemaha county association of woman's clubB was held at Johnson. Nine out of the 14 clubs in the county were rep resented and about 60 members were present. A program of music and an address of welcome was given by the Johnson club women. The re sponse was given by the Brock Sorosls. The first address was given by Prof. George W. Brown of Peru state college, and the second was by Miss Mary Ellen Brown of the extension service of the state uni versity. The books which had been bought for the circulating library were turn ed over to the board of directors who are planning for this library.
