Supreme Court Justice Absent Mindedly “Lifts" Hotel Guest's Umbrella Justice Truman S. Stevens of the lows supreme court, visited the court house in Council Bluffs yes terday. Harrisburg, Pa., Sept. 14.—A mes sage of congratulation from President Coolidgo to Governor Pinchot of Pennsylvania, upon the settlement of the anthracite coal controversy last week, was made public at the execu tive offices. With It was a brief statement by the governor, explaining that the telegram was given out upon receipt of word from the president’s secre tary. C.
