The communist "general strike" which was called Saturday spread at some points over Sunday. Political observers declare that bol shevism has not yet hit Germany, but that the general break down 1s due to the crumbling of the nation’s economic structure. Hr Associated Prose. T.ondon, Aug. 13.—The new Ger man cabinet was officially announced today, according to a Central News dispatch from Berlin, as follows: Premier and Foreign Minister—Dr. Gustave Btreseinann. Minister of Finance—Herr Heifer ding, radical. Minister of Kconomy—Hans Von Raumer, German people’s party. Minister of Railways—Herr Hein rich, director of the Deutschwerke. Minister of Justice—Herr Rad bruch, socialist. Minister of Home Affairs—Herr Fuchs, center party. The ministries of defense, posts and telegraphs and labor remain un changed, being headed, respectively, by Dr. Gessler, Herr Stlngl and Dr. Heinrich Braun. By Associated Press. London, Aug. 13.—Sanguinary fight ing between communists Rnd, the militia occurred today in Seitz, Sax ony, according to a Central News dispatch from Berlin. A large body of ^^ommunlsts stormed the town hall oc cupied by the soldiers, and there was considerable fighting in the streets. The bodies of nine communists were recovered. Thirty were Injured, and many of the troops were wounded, the message adds. By Associated Press, London, Aug. 13.—The German government has announced, says a Central News dispatch from Berlin, that the stoppage of reparation con tributions to France and Belgium will be extended to all the allies, as otherwise the financial reform of Ger many is Impossible. By Associated Press. Berlin, Aug. 13.—Several strikers were killed and many wounded at the Hamburg shipyards today In a clasli with the police, according to advices received here. The strikers are al leged to have prevented those willing to work from entering the shipyards, whereupon the police intervened and were attacked by the strikers.
