Answer Is Filed in Divorce Suit by Fremont Man Phillip Wilkins Denies He Had Knowledge of Dissatis faction on Day Suit Was Filed. Fremont. Neb., Feb. 9.—(Special.)— l’hillip Wilkins, Northwestern train master, sued for a, divorce from bed and board, when his wifo alleged un due friendship with a sister-in-law. filed affidavit in district court today in response to the restraining order i lint bars him from entering bis own home. 1 Sirs. Wilkins asks for separate maintenance and.alimony for the sup port of herself arnj children. She al lege* in her petition that her hus band and deceased brother’s wife, Mrs. Nina Larson, were guilty of il licit relations and occupied an apart ment together in Omaha and points in Iowa. * _ Wilkins asserts that the petition for separation comes as a complete surprise to him. The document was filed on* February 3. On the day be fore, he remained at home without any objection. On the day of the action, Wilkins states that he ate breakfast and lunch at home and was ignorant of any disturbance iit the domestic relations at the time. He declares she gave him no inkling of her dissatisfaction. Claiming that the restraining order was only demanded to annoy and harass him. Wilkins submitted a bill contracted by his wife just before ll>eir separation amounting to over SI TO. The bill was for groceries and wearing apparel in quantities he in sists are entirely unnecessary. Interior Decorator Talks at Kiwanis Cluli Luncheon ! -T. R.
