The Huffalocs scored three In the
first inning when Moelilcr gave out
four bill. Gislamn, (jrantham and
Mamish registered tallica in this
frame.
The Oileri flipped four runt arroia

Omaha came back in its half of

more tallica. Giilason (trolled and
took second when Boehler curved
the pellet around the "ump's" head
for a wild pitch. Bate grounded

a moment later, Manush singled and
then both Grantham and Manush
scored on Appcrton'a dandy double

Apperaon Triplet In Favor of Omaha.
The Oilers made the icore 6 to S
when they scored a man in the sixth.
The Buffaloes came near making the
count read 7 to 5 in the eighth, when
Apperson got his third hit of the
name, a triple. He was the first man
up, but the next three Buffaloes were
easy outs and the "Jack Rabbit" was
left stranded on third.
Lyman Lamb started the fire
works in the ninth that spelled de
feat for Omaha. Lamb singled.
Lelivelt whilTcd for the second out,
but Bauinan doubled. Lamb was
held up at third by the coach and
for a lime it looked as if Omaha
would win the game, when, all of a
sudden, Stuart drove the ball down
Gislason-way. "Whitey" got his
mitts on the pellet, but put on a jug
gling act that permitted Lamb and
Bauinan to score and Tulsa to win
a game,
Whitewashea Herd.
In the second game, I'itcher'Mc
Laughlin applied a coat of white
wash to the Buffaloes, beating the
herd, 6 to 0. In whitewashing the
Buffaloes, McLaughlin had the sup
port of each and every one of the
other eight Oilers. He let the herd
down with six scattered hits, and
only twice during the Ranie did the
Buffaloes see third base, once in the
cigltth and again in the ninth.
. Joe Dailey hurled the first four
and one-third innings for the Buf
faloes. These four and one-third in
nings were enough. During Dailey's
reign be was touched for three runs
.nil six hits. Darrough relieved Joe,
but didn't do any better than his
teammate, the Oilers nicking the
midget Buffalo for the same number
of runt and hits.
