Aug. 11. (Special Telegram.) The home of Ed Ogden at Wymore was daubed with yellow paint. Ogden is one of the Burling ton shopmen who did not walk out with the other strikers. Charles Bryan, democratic candidate for governor, was served today wiib summons to appear in court to antwer in the mandamus suit brought by the Lincoln coal dealers to force Bryan to reveal the list of consumers of the municipal coal ya.M and the place where Bryaa is purchasing the coal for the yard.
