Saturday.
Tin lociil and community welfare
committee of the Elk hai arranged
every detail in connection with a big
picnic and outing to be held Satur
day afternoon in Elmwood park for
neglected boyi of Omaha.
Thi outing i for all boyi between
6 and 16, regardleit of color or creed.
The committee will serve food for
7.000 boyi. The boy will meet at
the Auditorium between M and I p.
m. Free transportation will be pro
vided to and from the park. White
the boyi are waiting in the Auditor
ium. Charle W. Taylor of the rathe
exchange will entertuin them with
movie.

vith pre for the winner. The boy
will be given souvenir. A corp of

Attorneys for O. A. Brictson yes
terday resisted the application of
Brictaon company stockholders, to
Federal Judge Woodrough, for
leave to file a petition of interven
tion. If granted, such action would in
terfere with the jurisdiction of a
mandate handed down by the circuit
court of appeals, ordering Ralph
West to relinquish his receivership
and turn back books and property
in his possession to Brictson, Attor
ney R. M. Giller argued.
