Villager and His Highness, all of them good breeding bulls, champions and sires of champions The matrons of this herd are great producing cows and excellent milkers. Pope culled the Coun cil together in regular session nt tho Council 'Chambers, Tuesday, with ttll members pioscnt and after the min ute of tho November meetings had been lead and approved, the report of the city treasurer was presented and ordered placed on file. The fire code recently adopted by the fire department wan approved by the Council and the Argus has vol unteered to print G00 cards of the same for distribution. Tho mayor announced that ho had appointed C. A. Hcrrick, 11, G. Cald well and W. A. Sherwood a a Kucl Committee and all coal dealers have agreed not to let any coal go out without a permit from tho committee. This action of tho mayor was approv ed by the Council. Tho city marshall was instructed to notify Chas. If. Kaloy, C. H. Miner, Jus. Peterson and C. II.
