The new secretary's smile was rather

"As you please, Mr. Klnzle, of
course," he said smoothly. "But I'm

The bunker pursed his lips until the
stubbly gray mustache stood out

who don't come in?"

pleasantly. And then: "We're going
to be generously liberal, Mr. Klnzlo;
we arc giving Colonel Baldwin's
