Reach went to Hastings to have some dental work done Monday. Erwln Bros, purchased a new corn shelter of Holt & Boren this week. J. C. Waller and family eat their Thanksgiving dinner with relatives in Franklin. Miss Siebraos of Blue Hill, solicitor for the Blue Hill Leader was in Cowlcs Wednesday. R. B. Thompson and wife and Elmer Simons and wife spent Sunday in Innvale visiting. The Guide Rock Basket Bull team went down to defeat here Friday by a score of 31 to 30. Morgan Davis and wife spent Hun day in Iuavnlo visiting Morris (J rout and wife who formally lived at this place. Mr. and Mrs. Louis White of Knnsas are htfre visiting J ml White and fami ly. Louis White is a cousin of Jud White. Clarence Mitchell of Franklin is here visiting J. C. Waller and family. The grey hounds will certainly have to move now. Fuller and Walter Good auto ed to Woodruff, Kan., Sunday for a short visit with a cousin of O. W.'s. They returned Monday evening. George JHager and wife of Litch field, Nebr., (formerally a blacksmith at this place for a number of years) spent a number of days visiting friends and relatives. He came down by the auto route. Miss Vera Brubaker went to Hast ings Wednesday moruing for a short visit with the Squires family. Miss Jessie and Mrs. Ida Squires expect to return with her Friday evening.
