Ruachow and others for road at Blue Hill was granted as prayed for, and consent of parlies adjacent to tho road given with tho waiver signed by them on condition that they bo paid ?10 each for 20 foot strip from their land. Clerk was order ed to plat same on road plat book. On motion it was resolved that no claims for material be allowed for bridges unless accompanied by an or der from tho district commissioner; and that all road overseers he notified that they are not to nttempt to pur chase lumber without first securing such order; above resolution to tnku ef fect nt once; lumbermen to file their claims with the county quarterly.
