Hitherto ! but few precincts in the eastern portion of the j eour.ty have malc any di-splay at our County Fair. In order to oliviate this and induce other precinct- to. co-opera t the lloar.l has offered dihtinct and separate premiums to thce pre cincts, all of which and lias been, set forlh from time to time in this newspaper. Several special premiums are also offered outside of the regular list, and more may he added before fair time It is higly iinpoitaHt to the welfare of the county and the .Stale that a careful display of our products be made this fall. With the western counties somewhat injured by grass hoppers, it is our duty (should we be spared j to show the world what can be done and has been raised in our part of the State.
