CAN YOU READ (J ) As you ascend the stairs to th Herald office the rear door on the riijht hand sida of the passage has "Herald Office" on two separate cards, tacked to the door. In front of your nose by the little window it says "This room for business," evidently meaning the right hand door and not the left hand. On the door to the left it says, "Her ald office work room Xo admittance except on business," which means that you should have serious business with the employes there before you dis turb them, or that you have not been able to find any one in the Editorial room. Running up to the work room to chat with the boys, or stand round in the way especially on Press days will make any editor mad, and some of you willjcatch Hail Columbia 60meclay if you don't quit this' trick.
