Notice is hereby given that I, W. L.
Hobbr. Treasurer of Cass County,
State of Nebraska, by virtue of the
power in me vested, shall, on the
First Monday in September, A. D. 1873,
commence selling at the officd of the
Treasurer of Gass Comity, and State of
Nebraska at Public Auction, so rim li
of the following tracts of land and
town lots :is shall be necessary to pay
the taxes, jenalties. interMts and costs
which sh'ill hare accrued thereon on
that day. Sale to commence at nine
o'clock in the forenoon and on each
