through the city with his teams last
evening, on his way to the Omaha and
Piattsmouth road, where he has a con
tract for grading.
The demand for brick ha? become so
great that a couple of enterprising gen
tlemen have purchaed the old Seminary
building at Oreopohs in order to furnish
brick to supply the demand in the city
Cob II. M Van Aarnian and F. M.
Donington, E-q, have purchased the
old seminary budding, at Oreapolis, and
will proceed to dis.-ect it and sell the
brick aud lumber. The brick are said to
bo a superior arti le, aud Messrs. Van
Aruian aud Dorrington are likely to make
a handsome thing out of the transaction
