For a greater part of your future defi nitely depends upon your appear ance, which is noticably your face. Since we have assumed this as a fact; we must do something about our future. One of the things that bother us most is the skin that has numerous pimples and other blemishes, these may be caused by several things — namely, an ineffecient diet as in the case of an excessive amount of sweets, skin rashes due to cer tain acid foods that do not agree with your system, a constitutional disorder, and above all a skin j that is not kept clean. After washing your face with a good facial soap, give it a good thick coat of cleansing cream, leave it on a few minutes then wipe it off gently with a soft towel or tissue. After this is done tab a little astringent( witch hazel or diluted alcohol may be sub stituted) notice the difference in the appearance and texture. There is no cure for freckles— so do not try to bleach them out with a strong bleach, lemon juice (if you are not allergic to it) is a nice bleach for them. It does not bleach them away, but merely lightens them. The best thing I’ve found for freckles is a good 8 or 9 hours sleep, for over fatigue causes them to appear darker and deeper. -o TWELVE PRINCIPLES The value of time. The success of perseverance.
