Uupon complaint - of Josiah Peck by
his agent, J M Leyda, that lot 4 blk
123 Piattsmouth was assessed errone
ously for the year 1895 and the board
being satisfied of the fact the . clerk
was ordered to reduce the assessment
on said lot from $250 to $75. The
board adjourned to meet Dec. 4.
