O The separator will separate 40' to 45' ,' Cream
as e!Ficiently as a lower testing Cream.
Cream testing 40" to 45' dees not sour as
quickly cs lower testing cream and leaves more
skim milk for pigs and chickens.
One hundred pounds of skim milk is equal to
one half bushel of shelled com, or one full
bushel of ear corn, in feed value.
Rich Cream means Smaller Bulk, therefore
it is more easily cared for and more thor
oughly cooled. Separate 40 - 45 Cream.
