Garland McCleary Shows Well in Contests in Which He Partici pated Wins High Jump Tne Peru track and field meet on Saturday 'r-w out many entries from the high schools of southeastern Ne braska and eight new conference records were established at the meet for the 100 yard dash, 220 yard dash, half mile, mile, half mile re lay, board jump, shot put and dfa cus. The Plaitsmouth school was fifth in the meft with 1" points that were garnered for the locals by Garland M deary, the 1931 field sport star.
