Mr. Tuey came from Minnesota to Iowa when a young man and was married October 20, 1886 to Mary J McDaniel at Sidney, Fremont county Iowa. To this union were born five children, Zelma B. Jennings., Spring field, Mass., Ernest J. Tuey, Madrid Neb.; Alice J. Barnette, Kankakee 111.; Hazel L. Cameron, Great Falls Mont.; Chester A. Tuey, Coridon, la In January, 1919 he was agair united in marriage to Myra Barnett at Council Bluffs, Iowa who together with the aforesaid children and ten grand children and three brother mourn his departure. Mr. Tuey was engaged in busines at Tabor, Iowa for about twelve year and also at Plattsmouth, Neb., for about sixteen years but later was en Lenna McReynolds and taken by the point boys of KMA. .gaged in farming until he moved intc Glenwood.
