CHILTON CASES DISMISSED: REC- ORDS DETECTIVE. , the jury was sworn to secrecy their final deliberations held by them selves alone, no witness or county attorney being present, there was no reason to presume that they had been influenced and had acted other wise than they should have done un der oath. Following the overruling of the motion of the defendants in the case they were allowed exceptions and leave to file objections to the con tinuance of Jlr. Dwyer at the jury trials of the cases. The court was then handed over to Judge Begley the presiding district judge, who heard the pleas of the various defendants.
