Section 1. That Section six (61 of Article
one (1) of the Constitution of the Stat
of Nebraska be amended to read as fol
lows :
Section . The rlpht of trial by jur
shall remain Inviolate: but In nil civil case
nnd in criminal cases less than felonies
five-sixths of the jury may render a ver
dict and the Legislature may authoriz
trial by a Jury of a less number than
twelve men in courts Inferior to the dls
trlct court.

Section 1. That at the general election
for state and legislative offices, to be held

Sec. 1. The executive department shall
consist of a Governor, who shall hold hit
