W. Jewell, permitting him to sell,
or peddle various remedies within
Cass County, Nebraska, for a
period of one year, outside of the
limits of any city or incorporated
illage.

The following resolution was
adopted by Board of County
commissioners:
WHEREAS the interests of the
ounty demand that $7,000,000 be
transferred from the county gen
eral fund to the countv bridge
fund and, WHEREAS, such trans
fer will not reduce the county
general fund below the sum of
$4,000. Now, therefore, be it re
solved, that the sum of $7,000.00
be and the same is hereby trans
ferred from the county general
fund to the county bridge fund.
