FORFEITS HIS BONO IN JUDGE ARCHER'S COURT AND LIGHTS OUT Saturday evening Fritz Lowe, a traveler from parts unknown, was gathered into the fold by tht police for being drunk, and he. after much argument, managed to secure his liberty by giving a cash bond of i0 for his appear ance this morning. Fritz was evidently- not caring for his change, as he failed to appear this morning before Judge Archer to stand trial and forfeited hi bond, when if he had appeared he would have been able to have saved a few dollars of the amount of the bond by paying his line. He must have thought I he tines imposed by the courts of Platts mouth were most severe for this offense and did not care to stand the consequences of his oxer indulgence in the cup that cheers. "Ne braska, is here on a visit of a week or ten days through this locality- visiting at the homes of his brothers Addison and Dan Riser, and his cousin, H. L. Propst. and the occasion is one that is beng very much enjoyed by them. Mr. Riser, who was a former resident of this county, left here some twenty eyars ago, removing to Merrick county, and has become one of the largest farmers in that locality and a commanding figure in his home county.
