It is out of its banks and houses adjacent thereto are filling with water. Traveling communication between Kearney and the southern Platte country is entirely intercepted. The approaches to the bridge are entirely washed away. The dam of .the dry channel is also gone. This was the first channel south of the Platte, and was dammed up jsome time ago by the commissioners to cur tail the bridge expenses. A heavy rain this afternoon, accompanied by hail.
