The First National Hank of Weep
ing Water made application for a
receiver for the stock of goods ol
keed Hros Co. at Weeping Water
and was set for trial to Judge Hall,
Lincoln, and wassubtnitted to him
several weeks ago since which time
he had it under advisement and
has now denied the nj plication for
a receiver. The suit was brought
to recover $o,0X).
Case of Todd vs. Omaha Southern
Railway Co. for damages for right
