Monday night Mrs. Theo Hill steppi ed off the sidewalk north of the bank where the 4 foot walk joins the 8 fo6t and badly sprained her ankle. This is a bad place as the walk at each end ef it is wider and a person Is liable to step ff the walk when leaving the wide walk. Several persons have had sen vere falls there. It should be fixed and made as wide as the ether sldei Mrs. A. R. McCftndlees and Miss Minnie May entertained the members of .the Rebekah lodge at a Kenslng ton at the Odd Fellews lodge room Saturday afternoon. At the close of the Kensington a dalntj tbreescourse luncheon was served. A large numi ber of the lady members were present. It is the intention to have a number of these pleasant gatherings this winter. The ene Saturday afternoen was eni joyed by all those fortunate enough to be present.
