"W. J. Stuart Promoted. Supt. of Motive Power Higgins was in town Sunday and while here tendered W. J. Stuart the position ot traveling engineer with a juris diction extendtntr irom Cheyenne west to Rawlins and south to Denver. The appointment was made upon recommendation of W. R. McKcen, Jr., who recognizes in Mr. Stuart one of the most capable men in the motive power depart- tuent.
