of the North Platte irrigation canal,
has a scheme on hand to construct
in Logan county, Colo., a reservoir
to hold 1,500,000,000 gallons of
water which will irrigate 300,000
acres of land in that county. The
water will be taken from the South ;
Platte and stored during the winter
months. The plan is said to be
feasible.
