Kennedy and Miss Marica Longton, took place at tie Cathedral in Great Fall, Mont., August 6. The bride, who re cently made her home in this city, has a host of friends here. The class had a contest to see which side could secure tie most members, and the losing side was entertaining the win ners. Each child was dressed to represent some country. Thiele's CAMPING TRIP Fifty girls, numbers of the vari ous Campflre organizations of the city, left Monday morning for a ten day camping trip near Belmont. The girls were accompanied by Miss Josephine Ganson, Mrs. Fred Carl Bon, Mrs. T. A. Cross and Mrs. Harris, guardians. The Misses Nellie Wright, Marie Krohn and the Messrs Arthur Wright, Perry Davidson and Mr. and Mrs. Ira Wright motored to Pine Ridge Sunday. They spent the day picnicking at the Ridge. ' Mrs. C. E. Hershman was hostess at a 1:30 luncheon given at aer home Friday. Twelve guests were present. ANNOUNCEMENTS The W. C. T. U. will meet at the aome o Mrs. O. F. Smart of the Burlington, met with tho, directors of the Alliance chamber of commerce last Saturday afternoon and took up with them the matter of seetlng out additional sleeping cars for No. 42, for the accommodation of Alliance patrons. He explained that the com pany had to guarantee $8,000 rev enue a year to the Pullman company and that the Alliance business would not Justify It, If, Indeed, It were pos sible to secure cars, of which there If a saortage. Mr. Smart agreed after a discussion to request the allotment of more berths on the Casper coach and on No. 42, which will give Al llance patrons sufficient service.
