An Ordinance providing for an in
spection of water connections in the
City of Alliance, Nebraska: provid
ing for a certificate of such inspec
tion; providing a fee therefor; re
pealing section 3 of Ordinance No
230 of the City of Alliance. Ne-
braska, and all other ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict with
the terms hereof, and providing pen
alty for its violation.
Section 1. That after any water
connection is made from any water
main in the City of Alliance, there
snail oe an Inspection of such con
nection by the Water Commissioner
of such city, or bis duly authorized
agent.
Section 2. That before such in
spections or any of them are made.
the owner of such premises shall nav
to the City Clerk of the City of Al
liance, Nebraska, an inspection fee

upon the completion of such inspec
tion if such water connection be
found to be in accordance with the
ordinances of such city, the Water
Commissioner shall issue to the own
