The announcement tbat a graded
road is to be built from Newcastle
to Manville was received gladly by
officials of the Wyoming-Northeastern
Oil company of Alliance. This
company has over 7,000 acres of oil
holdings on the Cheyenne river,
through which the new road will
pass. The road will mean that the
hauling of tools, equipment and sup
plies will be made easier.
