On account of 44 being somewhat late Tuesday, two sections were run out of Alliance on that day. This office has recently received ft communication from E. V. Black, who resigned his position here to join the army. The letter was post marked Auburn. Nebr. Mr. Black says he is having an excellent time, and that he is undergoing a course of training for army duties along with several hundred more young men.
