The annual meeting of the stockholders of this corporation shall be held on the first Thursday in January each year beginning with the year 1917, at which meeting the directors of the company shall be elected, and such other lawful business done as the stockholders shall deem necessary and proper. The officers of said cor poration shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The officers shall be chosen by the Board of Directors, and shall hold their office for the period of one year and until their, successors are elect ed and qualified.
