Be It ordained by the mayor and council of the City of Alliance, Box Hutte County, Nebraska: Section 1. The Mayor and Council of the City of Alliance, Nebraska, nny by resolutions passed by the vote of at least three fourths of the members of said coun cil, compel any owner or owners of property In any duly croated Sewer District within the Otly of Alliance, wherein a system of sewerage has been established and sewer mains laid, to connect their property with said sewer mains, when It shall ap pear to them that such connections should be made. Section 2. t'pon the passage of the resolution set out In the foregoing section the City Clork of said City shall notify the owner or owners of the property effected by said resolu tion, of the passage of same, by eith er personal service or publication of said notice for a period of not less than thirty days In some newspaper, printed and published and of gener al circulation within (he said City of Alliance, and if such property own ers shall fall for thirty days after the completion of the service of said no tice upon them to make such con nections with the sewerage system and mains, the Mayor and Council hall cause such connections to be made and the costs thereof assessed against the property benefitted and upon which said connections have been made; said special tax to be been made; said special tax to be col lected as other special assessments.
